Because each Boss Suite item is made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order — we want you loving your piece from day one.

That said, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you.
Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund where applicable.
